Is the Principal Leadership Style Related to Teacher Job Satisfaction: The Case of Arab Schools in Israel

چکیده
This article seeks to examine the link between each of three principal leadership styles (transformative, transactional, and avoiding) job satisfaction among Arab teachers in Israel. The study pursues quantitative analyses, based on data collected during 2020 from Arab-Israeli via a questionnaire. found an expected positive transformative style teachers’ satisfaction. Regarding transactional style, when rewards/penalizes teacher, then that raises/reduces teacher satisfaction, respectively. Finally, avoiding has negative impact yet some cases, may value freedom action they enjoy under style.
